Deafblind Awareness Week

At the Canadian Deafblind and Rubella Association-BC Chapter, we are committed to assisting all individuals in BC who are deafblind to achieve, with Intervention, the best quality of life.

CDBRA-BC believes that individualized lifelong intervention is a right for every person who is deafblind and that all individuals who are deafblind should live in a safe, healthy environment and have the self respect and dignity due every Canadian.

The CDBRA-BC is a registered not-for-profit charitable organization located in New Westminster, British Columbia. The CDBRA National was founded in 1978 by concerned parents of children who were deafblind and by educators of children who were deafblind.
