CDBRA-BC disseminates the following news release in support of the recent court decision dictating that all government services must be available in sign language free of charge.

CDBRA-BC will be well represented at the 2006 CDBRA National Conference “Celebrating Potential”.  This conference will be well attended by individuals with deafblindness, Intervenors, administrators, medical professionals, family members and other interested parties to convene and discuss current best practices and issues in the deafblind community.

Allison Mail and Wylie Bystedt will be presenting a paper titled “Building the Foundation: Working With Families of Infants, Toddlers and Preschoolers Who Are Deafblind”
